Criminalistic characteristics of financial deliquency
Abstract:
V práci je vymedzený pojem hospodárska a finančná kriminalita, ktorú nazývame aj kriminalitou bielych golierov. Okrem toho sa práca zaoberá páchaním deliktov v podnikateľskej, ale aj štátnej sfére. Problém finančnej kriminality je v dnešnej dobe stále viac aktuálnejší a preto sú priblížené čitateľovi formy a metódy páchania tejto trestnej činnosti hlavne v bankovej sústave.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes economic and financial delinquency, which is sometimes called delinquency of white collars. It also discusses committing delinquency in business and in the public sphere. The problem of financial delinquency is more actual now days and therefore the forms and methods of perpetration of this kind of criminality mainly in the bank system are presented in this thesis.
