Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, proč jsou absolventi po maturitě z německého jazyka neúspěšní anebo dosahují velmi slabých výsledků. Stejně tak zjistit, co jim dělá největší problémy a navrhnout úpravu učebních osnov a školních vzdělávacích programů na zefektivnění vyučování a zlepšení výsledků studentů z tohoto předmětu.
