Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na určení tržní hodnoty společnosti Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. k 1.4.2023. Práce obsahuje strategickou a finanční analýzu, finanční plán a samotné ocenění podniku pomocí dvou metod: metody diskontovaných peněžních toků (DCF entity) a metody tržního porovnání ve variantě odvětvových multiplikátorů. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on determining the market value of Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. as of April 1, 2023. The work includes a strategic and financial analysis, a financial plan, and the actual valuation of the company using two methods: the discounted cash flow method (DCF entity) and the market comparison method in the version of industry multipliers.
