Cílem bakalářské práce je představit právní úpravu institutu finančního arbitra v České republice a ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie, upozornit na odlišnosti, porovnat je a pokusit se předložit návrhy na případné zlepší problémových oblastí domácí úpravy. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to introduce the Legal Regulation of Financial Arbiter of the Czech Republic and selected countries of the European Union, to highlight the differences, to compare them and try to suggest improvements of problematic areas in the Czech legislation.
