Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spojenou se řízením, komunikací, motivací a kontrolou práce členů týmu a týmů jako celku. První část je věnována teorii a pojmům ve týkajících se pracovních týmů, členů týmu a jejich rolí, je zde popsán základní princip fungování týmu, jeho tvorba, velikost, způsob výběru členů a popis jejich rolí.
