Launching a startup in the HORECA sector

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem založení startupu v sektoru HORECA. Cílem této práce je představit postup nutný pro založení startupu v sektoru HORECA a ověření vlastních podnikatelských nápadů, které by měly vyústit v návrh podnikatelského plánu Lean Canvas pro start-up. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy charakteristické pro podnikání, na tyto pojmy navazuje popis procesů specifických pro založení startupu. V analytické části je představena plánovaná společnost Midnight Train a její projekty FEVERM a Rupert. Třetí část zahrnuje marketingový průzkum, pomocí něhož byla získána zpětná vazba potenciálních uživatelů projektů FEVERM a Rupert. Na základě výsledků druhé a třetí části diplomové práce je v poslední, návrhové části této práce, navrhnut jednoduchý podnikatelský plán Lean Canvas pro startupy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the startup process in the HORECA sector. The aim of this work is to introduce the necessary steps for starting a startup in the HORECA sector and verification of own business ideas, which should result in the Lean Canvas business start-up proposal. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts characteristic of entrepreneurship. These concepts follow the description of the processes specific to startup startup. In analytical part the planned Midnight Train and its FEVERM and Rupert projects are presented. The third part includes a marketing survey, through which feedback from potential users of FEVERM and Rupert projects was obtained. Based on the results of the second and the third part of the diploma thesis, a simple business plan Lean Canvas for startups is proposed in the last, design part of this thesis.
