Tato bakalářská práce s názvem „Řízení vztahů s dodavateli“ se zabývá problémem výběru dodavatelů a zejména jejich hodnocením v konkrétním podniku. Cílem práce je analýza nákupní strategie podniku v oblasti dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů, zhodnocení stávajícího systému výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů a navržení jeho případných změn.
