Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá nastavením nového rámcového programu v rámci politiky výzkumu a vývoje EU. Nový návrh rámcového programu se nazývá Horizont 2020. Práce zkoumá aktivitu Evropské komise před vydáním tohoto návrhu a pomocí dotazníkovéh šetření hodnotí hlavní navrhnuté změny v pravidlech účasti v Horizontu 2020 skrze segment veřejných vysokých škol. The Master Thesis deal with the new settings of Framework Programme called Horizon 2020 inside European Policy of Reseach and Development. Thesis investigates activites of European Commission before the proposal of Horizon 2020 was published.
