Abstract:
Předložená práce je zaměřena na nákladový controlling v podniku. V úvodní části je vymezen teoretický základ, který vysvětluje pojem controlling, popisuje jeho historický vývoj a zaměřuje se na funkce, nástroje a úlohy nákladového controllingu. This Diploma Thesis focuses on cost controlling in a selected company. The first part covers theoretical background, explains the term "cost controlling" and its historical evolution. Objectives, tasks and mechanisms are reviewed next. Term "Cost" is defined and various viewpoints and frames of reference for Cost Divisions are put forward.
