Diplomová práce je zaměřená na subjekty exekučního řízení v porovnání s některými zeměmi EU. Práce se zabývá většinou subjektů, které mohou v rámci exekučního řízení v České republice vystupovat. Speciální pozornost je věnována nejčastěji se vyskytujícím subjektům exekučního řízení, u nichž je zároveň provedena právní komparace s některými zeměmi EU. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the subjects of execution proceedings in comparison with certain EU countries. The thesis deals with most of the subjects that can act in execution proceedings in the Czech Republic. Special attention is given to the most frequently occurring subjects of execution proceedings, for which a legal comparison with some EU countries is made.
