Abstract:
Práce se zabývá stavbou a pozemkem v kontextu práva. V úvodu jsou vysvětleny pojmy stavba a pozemek, jejich jednotlivá specifika a zvláštnosti. Hlavní část práce se věnuje vlastnickým vztahům ke stavbám a pozemkům. Jsou zde popsány různé druhy nabývání, zániku a omezení vlastnického práva ke stavbám a pozemkům.
