Abstract:
Bakalářská práce shrnuje poznatky o mikroprostředí nádoru a o roli, kterou hraje v progresi maligního onemocnění. V první části práce jsou charakterizovány rozdíly extracelulárního prostředí nádoru ve srovnání se zdravou tkání. This bachelor thesis summarises knowledge about tumor microenvironment and about its role on progression of malignancies. First part of the thesis characterizes extracellular environment of tumor tissue in comparison with healthy tissue, with focus on differences in pH (metabolic acidosis), hypoxia and concentrations of nutrients.
