Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit stávající odměňovací systém a navrhnout jeho změnu ve firmě ISOTHERM s.r.o. se zaměřením na jedno středisko firmy. Další řešenou problematikou je změna programu zaměstnaneckých výhod, která bude nahrazena novým systémem zaměřujícím se více na potřeby a přání zaměstnanců firmy.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma work is the evaluation and proposal of the remuneration system at one department in the company ISOTHERM s.r.o.. Another point at issue is the change of the employee benefit program, which will be replaced by a new system, aimed more at employee's needs and wishes.
