Benefits of the quality management system according to ISO 9001

Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce, se v teoretické části zabývá identifikací očekávaných přínosů certifikace normy ISO 9001. Toho je dosaženo pomocí rešerše literatury. Cílem praktické části práce, je zjištění míry naplnění očekávaných přínosů v praxi. Bylo kontaktováno celkem 1662 organizací. Zpětná vazba činí 82 subjektů (4,93%). Nástrojem byl elektronický dotazník s Likertovou škálou. Největším zjištěným přínosem systému řízení kvality, podle normy ISO 9001, bylo zlepšení systematizace v organizaci.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part, this bachelor's thesis deals with the identification of the expected benefits of the ISO 9001 certification. This is achieved through a literature search. The aim of the practical part of the work is to determine the degree of fulfillment of the expected benefits in practice. A total of 1662 organizations were contacted. The feedback is 82 subjects (4.93%). The tool was an electronic questionnaire with a Likert scale. The biggest identified benefit of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 was the improvement of systematization in the organization.
