Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá assessment centrem jako metodou výběru zaměstnanců s cílem analyzovat využití metody assessment centrum při výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané pojišťovací společnosti, určit možné příležitosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodné změny. Teoretická část na základě odborné literatury vymezuje podstatu výběru zaměstnanců a představuje využití assessment centra při výběru zaměstnanců. Praktická část obsahuje představení vybrané společnosti, posouzení získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti, zhodnocení využití assessment centra ve společnosti a návrhy na zlepšení využití assessment centra během výběrových řízení ve společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment center as a method of selecting employees in order to analyze the application of the assessment center method in the selection of employees in an insurance company, identify possible opportunities for improvement and propose appropriate changes. The theoretical part, based on the literature, defines the essence of the employee selection and represents the use of the assessment center in the selection of employees. The practical part contains an introduction of the selected company, recruitment and selection of employees in the company, evaluation of the avail of the assessment center in the company and suggestions for improving the use of the assessment center during selection process in the company.
