Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na možnost uplatnění mediace v mateřských školách pedagogickými pracovníky a jejich nadřízenými. Teoretická část se sestává z textu věnujícího teorii mediace, komunikaci, konfliktu, procesu mediace včetně legislativního zakotvení a uplatnění mediace ve školském prostředí, konkrétně uplatnění mediace učiteli a řediteli v mateřských školách.
