Impact of the financial crisis on the credit market in CR

Abstract:

V teoretické části své diplomové práce jsem se zabývala všeobecně úvěrovým trhem, jeho riziky a následně jejich zajištěním. Primárně jsem však věnovala pozornost finanční krizi, jejím možným druhům a popisu příčin současné finanční krize. Ve své praktické části jsem již analyzovala dopady současné finanční krize na úvěrový trh v České republice, a to na spotřebitelský, podnikový a hypoteční trh. Zároveň jsem poukázala na celkovou provázanost ekonomiky jako jsou nezaměstnanost, spotřeba, HDP a jiné. Dále jsem se věnovala problematice zavedení preventivních opatření proti negativním dopadům finanční krize v bankovním sektoru a předpokládaným vývojem úvěrového trhu v České republice.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part of my diploma paper I paid my attention to general credit market, credit risk and their collateral. However I mainly concerned myself with the financial crisis, its types and the description of reasons of the current financial crisis. In my practical part of diploma paper I analyzed the impact of the financial crisis on the credit market in the Czech Republic, i.e. impact on the corporate, consumer and mortgage loans. Herewith I also tried to describe the global cohesion of the economy, like the unemployment, the consumption and GNP. Furthermore I described the issues of setting preventive steps against the negative impacts of financial crisis in the bank sector and assumed development of the credit market in the Czech Republic.
