Obsahem této bakalářské práce jsou sociální práva, jejich zajištění a uplatnění v systému sociálního zabezpečení. Cílem bylo sociální práva definovat, nalézt jejich zdroje a popsat, jak je stát provádí. Bachelor thesis contains social rights, securing and application of those rights in the social security system. The aim was to define the social rights, find their sources and describe how the state implements them.
