This thesis focuses on vaccine duty in the Czech Republic, especially on legislation and its compliance with the right to physical integrity. Diplomová práca sa zameriava na očkovaciu povinnosť v Českej republike, a to hlavne na jej právnu úpravu a jej súlad s právom na telesnú integritu. Úvodné kapitoly opisujú právo jednotlivca na telesnú integritu, uvádzajú čitateľa do existujúceho konfliktu medzi týmto právom a právom spoločnosti na ochranu verejného zdravia.
