Bakalářská práce se zabývá interkulturní komunikací. Cílem práce je analýza interkulturní komunikace v neziskových organizacích České republiky. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na kulturu, její základní charakteristiku a rozdělení. Obsahuje pojmy jako akulturace, kulturní vzorec a kulturní šok. Thesis is dealing with an intercultural communications. Thesis aimed to analyze the intercultural communication in non-profit organisation in the Czech Republic. The theoretical section is focused on basic characteristics and distribution of culture. There are concepts of acculturation, cultural pattern and cultural shock.
