Tato diplomová práce, která se zabývá trestním řízení v první ČSR, je rozdělena na pět částí. První část se zaměřuje na reformy trestního řízení a změny v organizaci soudů za Josefa II. a za dob rakouského ministra Alexandra Bacha. This diploma thesis deals with criminal procedure in the First Czechoslovak Republic and is divided into five chapters.
