Budgeting for non-profit organization

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje rozpočetnictví v neziskové organizaci Diecézní charita Brno. Cílem práce je sestavení rozpočtu pro tuto organizaci, následné porovnání s předešlým rozpočtem, srovnání se skutečností, analýza nákladů v organizaci a následně je zpracováno návrhové řešení. Teoretická část se zaobírá českou a zahraniční literaturou. Zkoumá poznatky z publikací a objasňuje problematiku strategického plánování, manažerské účetnictví a další. Analytická část představuje organizaci jako takovou, její vizi, směrnice a pokračuje sestavením rozpočtu a analýzy nákladů. Na základě analytické části jsou zjištěny nedostatky, na které reaguje poslední část této práce – návrhová.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is devoted to budgeting in the non profir organization Diocesan charity Brno. The goal of the work is to draw up a budget for this organization, then compare it with the previous budget, then compare it with reality, analyze the costs in the organization and developing a proposed solution for this organization. The theoretical part deals with Czech and foreign literature. It examines findings from publications and clarifies issues of strate-gic planning, managerial accounting and others. The analytical part presents the organization as such, its vision, guidelines and continues with budgeting and colst analysis. On the basis of the analytical part, shortcomings are identified, to which the following part of this thesis responds – the proposed part.
