Rigorózní práce se zabývá nestranností a nezávislostí rozhodce v mezinárodní obchodní arbitráži. Práce vymezuje pojmy nestrannost a nezávislost rozhodce dle národních právních úprav, pravidel rozhodčích institucí, etických kodexů, judikatury a doktríny. The thesis deals with the topic of impartiality and independence of arbitrators in international commercial arbitration. It defines impartiality and independence from the viewpoint of national laws, rules of arbitral institutions, ethical guidelines, case law and doctrine.
