Optimalization of organization structure

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma optimalizace organizační struktury se zabývá analýzou situace ve zvoleném podniku, jejím hodnocením a návrhem na zlepšení její organizační struktury. V teoretické části jsou nejdříve uvedeny základní pojmy z oblasti managementu, organizování a výstavby podniku. Následuje přiblížení teorie týkající se uspořádání výrobního procesu a faktorů, které ovlivňují organizační strukturu. Teoretickou část uzavírají poznatky o uspořádání podnikových činností a managementu výroby. V úvodu praktické části je nejdříve přiblížena samotná společnost, poté je představena její útvarová struktura, aby mohly být dále podrobněji analyzovány a identifikovány její problematické vlastnosti. Na základě této analýzy je možné vytvořit návrh na úpravu stávající organizační struktury. Závěr praktické části obsahuje shrnutí získaných poznatků a jejich užití pro koncept úpravy organizační struktury, aby došlo k zefektivnění procesů uvnitř podniku.

Abstract:

The thesis “Optimization of organizational structure” is focused on an analysis of current situation in the selected company, its evaluation and suggestion of improving its organizational structure. The theoretical section starts with the basic concepts of management, organization and company construction. This part continues with an insight into theory of organization of the production process and factors which affects the organizational structure. The theoretical section is closed with findings about continuity of business operations and production management. In the beginning of the practical part the company is described at first and its financial analysis is performed. Then the departmental structure is introduced in order to be able to further analyze and identify its problematic characteristics. It is possible to create a layout for modification of current organizational structure based on this analysis. The conclusion of the practical part contains a summary of the acquired findings and its use for a modification concept of organizational structure which can lead to an increase in efficiency of the company processes.
