Abstract:
Práce se soustředí na problematiku českého e-Governmentu, konkrétně na oblast justice. Jejím cílem je navrhnout metodiku měření úspěšnosti dvou připravovaných projektů -- elektronické sbírky a elektronické legislativy. Vychází ze strategických dokumentů týkajících se e-Governmentu. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the e-Government, especially on the justice and law. The main objective is to create a methodology for measuring the success of two actual "in progress" projects -- electronic collection of Laws and electronic legislation.
