Diplomová práca sa zaoberá osobnostnými charakteristikami existujúcich úspešných manažérov vo finančnej spoločnosti. Teoretická časť je úvodom do psychológie osobnosti, na osobnosť manažéra a tiež poskytuje pohľad na výberové konanie a jeho metódy.
