Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce má čtenáři přiblížit problematiku trestné činnosti páchané na dětech a rodině. V úvodní části se věnuji pojmovému vymezení, rizikovým faktorům, příčinám a diversifikaci podob násilí páchaného v rodinách a na dětech.
