The influence of managerial communication on the psychological burden of workers in perioperative care.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vliv manažerské komunikace v perioperační péči na pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců, tento vliv je ověřován vztahem mezi mírou psychické zátěže a úrovní komunikačního prostředí. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretickou a průzkumnou. Teoretická část zahrnuje poznatky z perioperační péče, z oblasti managmentu a komunikace. Rovněž se zabývá psychickou zátěž u pracovníků v perioperační péči a ověřuje význam manažerské profese. Průzkumná část práce prezentuje data získaná prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření v rámci kvantitativního výzkumu. Dotazník tvoří 3 části: první část je zaměřena na základní údaje o respondentovi, druhou část tvoří standardizovaný dotazník dle Meistera, který se zabývá hodnocením psychické zátěže jako subjektivní odezvy zaměstnanců na pracovní podmínky. Třetí část tvoří dotazník dle modelu komunikačního prostředí D´Aprixe, jež slouží k zjištění jeho úrovně.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the influence of managerial communication in perioperative care for employees and their job satisfaction, which is verified by the degree of mental stress and the level of communication environment. The diploma thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and exploratory. The theoretical part includes knowledge from perioperative care, management and communication. It also examines the psychological burden of workers in perioperative care and examines importance of managerial professions. The exploratory part of the work presents data obtained through quantitative research using a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire consists of 3 parts: the first part is 7 closed questions of my own, which are the basic data of the respondent, the second section consists of a standardized questionnaire according to Meister, which deals with mental stress as a subjective response of employees to working conditions. The third part is a questionnaire according to D´Aprix, which is used to determine the level of communication environment.
