Economic competition and its protection
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je charakterizování hospodářské soutěže s jejími účastníky na území České republiky. Dále se zabývá nekalými praktikami a zneužitím hospodářské soutěže. Část práce je také věnována harmonizaci s Evropskou unií.
Abstract:
The main objective of this project is to describe the economic competition and its participants in the Czech Republic. Furthermore it deals with mischievous practices and abuse of the economic competition. Part of this project is also dedicated to the harmonisation with the European Union.
