Diversification of the SME farms

Anotace:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou dvou zemědělských podniků, které mají stejného majitele, ale liší se ve výrobním zaměření. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy související s řízením podniků, diverzifikací a business modely. Také je v této části vysvětlena metoda finanční analýzy, která bude aplikována v další části práce. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou konkrétních podniků AGRO & KOMBINÁT Dolní Žandov spol. s r. o. a AGRO-IGM s. r. o., Dolní Žandov, přičemž k detailnějšímu objasnění ekonomické situace těchto podniků poslouží právě finanční analýza. V závěru praktické části jsou přiblíženy a vyhodnoceny business modely a je zde uvedeno celkové hodnocení podniků. Výsledkem praktické části je analýza zmíněných společností, která poslouží k vytvoření kompletního pohledu na situaci malých a středních zemědělských podniků.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of two agricultural enterprises that have the same owner, but differ in their production focus. In the theoretical part of the work, concepts related to business management, diversification and business models are defined. This section also explains the method of financial analysis, which are then applied in the next part of the thesis. The practical part deals with the analysis of specific enterprises, AGRO & KOMBINÁT Dolní Žandov spol. s r. o. and AGRO-IGM s. r. o., Dolní Žandov, while financial analysis serves here to clarify the economic situation of these businesses in more detail. At the end of the practical part, the business models are described and evaluated, and the overall evaluation of the companies is presented here. The output of the practical part of the work is an analysis of the aforementioned enterprises, which serves to create a comprehensive view of the situation of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises.
