Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kariérového poradenství a jeho vlivem na finanční poradce, kteří pracují na vlastní živnost. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, jak různé metody a strategie kariérového poradenství mohou pomoci finančním poradcům dosáhnout kariérních cílů, udržet si motivaci a dosáhnout seberealizace v jejich profesním životě. Teoretická část se věnuje principům podnikání a finančního poradenství, vzdělávání finančních poradců, a technikám kariérového poradenství. Empirická část představuje výzkum zahrnující sběr dat, analýzu a interpretaci zkušeností finančních poradců s kariérovým poradenstvím. Výsledky práce ukazují, že kariérové poradenství má pozitivní dopad na profesní růst finančních poradců a může efektivně napomáhat jejich seberealizaci a motivaci. Práce dále obsahuje návrhy metodických doporučení pro praxi a diskusi pro další výzkum v této oblasti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of career counselling and its impact on financial advisors who work on their own. The aim of the thesis is to explore how different career counselling methods and strategies can help financial advisors achieve their career goals, stay motivated and achieve self-fulfilment in their professional lives. The theoretical part focuses on the principles of business and financial counseling, financial advisor education, and career counseling techniques. The empirical part presents research involving data collection, analysis and interpretation of financial advisors' experiences with career counseling. The results of the thesis show that career counseling has a positive impact on the professional growth of financial advisors and can effectively assist their self-actualization and motivation. The thesis also includes suggestions for methodological recommendations for practice and a discussion for further research in this area.
