Tato práce je zaměřena na popis svobody projevu a práva na ochranu osobnosti s podrobnou analýzou, kdy může dojít ke kolizi těchto demokratickým státem garantovaných práv a svobod. This thesis is focused on description of freedom of speech and personal rights of individuals, with detailed analysis of possible collision between these rights and freedoms guaranteed by democratic state.
