Abstract:
V teoretické části budou vymezeny základní pojmy a termíny, které s danou problematikou souvisejí. Bude popsán účel trestání a výčet trestů, které se ukládají za spáchaný trestný čin. Vysvětlen bude i trest odnětí svobody a jeho výkon v České republice. V části empirické bude uskutečněno vlastní výzkumné šetření, a to formou řízených rozhovorů s lidmi, kteří ve věznicích pracují. In the theoretical part, basic concepts and terms related to the given issue will be defined. The purpose of punishment and the list of punishments imposed for the committed crime will be described.
