Abstract:
Předmětem mé diplomové práce bylo zamyšlení se nad pojetím a povahou právních zásad. Pokusila jsem se o obecný a ucelený pohled na zásady celkově a zvláště pak na zásady pracovního práva. Zabývala jsem se zásadami v obecné rovině, vymezila jsem jejich pojem, charakteristiku a také provedla důležité rozlišení právních zásad a právních principů. The subject of my diploma thesis is a reflection of the concept and nature of legal principles. I attempted at providing a general and comprehensive perspective of the principles in general and with a special view to the labour law principles. I address the principles in general, I define their terms and characteristics and make an important classification of legal guidelines and legal principles. …more
