Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením žen na trhu práce. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První kapitola je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů, které s tématem úzce souvisí. The bachelor thesis deals with the position of women on the labor market. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.
