Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je firemní kultura konkrétního podniku. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoreticko-metodologickou a aplikační část. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení vlivu firemní kultury na zaměstnance ve vybraném podniku prostřednictvím výzkumu, který je prováděn formou dotazníkového šetření a dvou rozhovorů.
