Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou psychické zátěže u sester v perioperační péči. Cílem práce je prozkoumat tuto oblast a zjistit, jak se sestry, které pracují na operačním sále, vyrovnávají s psychickou zátěží. Hodnocení je provedeno pomocí standardizovaného Meisterova dotazníku. Diplomová práce je rozdělená na dvě části - teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části je popsána osobnost perioperační sestry, psychická zátěž a stres. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny i techniky, jak se vypořádat s těmito konsekvencemi. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na téma perioperační péče. Výzkumná část byla realizována pomocí standardizovaného Meisterova dotazníku a otázek vlastní tvorby. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 108 respondentek. Z výzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že úroveň psychické zátěže u perioperačních sester je podle Meisterova dotazníku klasifikována prvním stupněm zátěže ze tří možných. Jako nejrizikovější položky ze standardizovaného Meisterova dotazníku byla vyhodnoceny položky: časová tíseň, vysoká odpovědnost, únava a dlouhodobá únosnost. Psychická zátěž je nejčastěji vyvolávána situacemi úzce souvisejícími s charakterem práce v perioperační péči (nežádoucí události v perioperační péči, urgentní operace nebo komplikace při operaci), ale také chováním kolegyň perioperačních sester a špatnou organizací práce.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the psychological burden of nurses in perioperative care. The aim of this work is to examine the area of mental strain and to find out how nurses working in the operating room cope with stress. Evaluation of mental strain is performed using a standardized Meister questionnaire. Thus, this master thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and research. The theoretical part describes the personality of the perioperative nurse, mental strain, stress, and techniques for dealing with these consequences. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on perioperative care. The research part was carried out using a standardized Meister questionnaire and the author's own questions. In total 108 respondents took part in the research. The research survey showed that the level of the psychological burden of perioperative nurses is classified according to Meister's questionnaire as the first degree of the stress out of three possible. The riskiest items from Meister's standardized questionnaire were time pressure, high responsibility, fatigue, and long-term endurance. Mental strain is most often caused by situations closely related to the nature of work in perioperative care (adverse events in perioperative care or urgent surgery, complications during surgery), but also by the behavior of colleagues in perioperative nurses and poor work organization.
