Ways how to sustain motivation of talents

Anotace: The bachelor thesis examines what does the term “human resources management” mean, explores its’ aim and strategies. Talent management and its tools are analyzed later in theoretical part. The paper also investigates motivation for work, and the most popular theories are described in the first part of bachelor work. The practical part concerns about the research of employees’ motivation in chocolate-confectionary company. The author of the work analyzes how people are being motivated before and later, after introducing new motivation strategy. The outcome of this work highlights that non-financial type of motivation as much important as financial rewards and delegation. These above-mentioned types of employees’ treatment affect the overall productivity of the company almost at the same level. The bachelor thesis will be useful for those who analyze the processes of HRM in 21st century.
