Values as a characteristic of organizational culture
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnoty jako na charakteristiku organizační kultury. V rámci výzkumu jsem se zabývala souladem aktuálních a preferovaných hodnot mezi členy organizace a jejich celkovou míru souladu neboli mírou person organization fit. Pro výzkum byl využit dotazník Organizational Culture Profile.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on values as a characteristic of organizational culture. The empirical part was focused on congruence or person organization fit of actual and preferred values among members of organization and their overall extent of congruence. For the research, the Organizational Culture Profile questionnaire was used.
