This diploma thesis is focused on non-profit organizatiton. The main object of this work is to improve financing and management of Decorating association Kokovice. This association was estabilished on the 16th of october in 2021, its purpose is to gather citizens, who have a common interest in beautifying the community Kokovice and its surroundings.
