Abstract:

V diplomové práci nazvané ? Pozice kurátora v systému postpenitenciární péče ? jsem se zabývala výkonem činnosti sociálního kurátora z pohledu sociální pedagogiky. Teoretická část diplomové práce popisuje pozici sociálního kurátora v České republice, vznik tohoto institutu, historický vývoj a současnou pozici sociálního kurátora. Dále je zde popsána legislativní úprava včetně zmínky o sociální reformě platné od 1.1.2012 a jejím dopadu na činnost sociálních kurátorů. V teoretické části nebyly opomenuty ani metody a náplň práce sociálních kurátorů, charakteristika pojmu resocializace, reintegrace a postpenitenciární péče. Dále je zde zachycen vztah sociální práce a sociální pedagogiky včetně charakteristiky osob ve VTOS, statistické údaje o osobách ve VTOS a sociálních kurátorech zjištěných za rok 2011. Na část teoretickou následně navazuje část praktická zabývající se drobným sociologickým výzkumem. Pro sociologický výzkum byly osloveny dvě skupiny propuštěných z VTOS žijících jednak ve městech a obcích s počtem obyvatel do 50.000 obyvatel a jednak ve městech s počtem obyvatel nad 50.000 a dvě skupiny sociálních kurátorů působících taktéž v těchto dvou rozdílných lokalitách. Cílem diplomové práce bylo porovnat mezi sebou tyto dvě skupiny osob a nalézt stanovený cíl diplomové práce, což bylo nalézt odpověď na výzkumné otázky, zaměřené na zjištění využívání a znalost služeb systému postpenitenciární péče ve vybraném vzorku respondentů včetně využívání poznatků sociální pedagogiky v práci sociálního kurátora při reintegraci propuštěných. Z výsledků sociologického bylo zjištěno, že osoby propuštěné z VTOS jsou v dostatečné míře informováni o existenci a možnosti pomoci ze strany sociálního kurátora a systém postpenitenciární péče využívají v plné šíři. Sociální kurátor jako sociální pedagog při výkonu své činnosti aplikuje do své praxe poznatky z oblasti sociální pedagogiky, kdy jeho činnost spočívá především v pomoci svým klientům při zprostředkování bydlení, zaměstnání či jednání s úřady a institucemi.

Abstract:

In my thesis ?Position of the parole officer in the post-penitentiary care system? I dealt with a discharge of the office of a parole officer from the social education point of view. The theorethical part of the thesis describes a parole officer ?s position in the Czech Republic, a genesis of this institution, historical development and a current position of a parole officer. Furthermore is described a legislative status inclusive a mention of the social reform, valid from 1.1.2012 and of its consequence to parole officer activities. In the theoretical part there were not omitted parole officer methods of work and his job description, resocialisation, reintegration and post-penitentiary care definitions. Furthermore I described there relations between a social work and social education inclusive a characteristic of persons in the punishment of the deprivation of liberty, statistical dates regarding persons in the punishment of the deprivation of liberty and parole officers, ascertained for 2011. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part which deals with a small-sized sociology research. There were two groups of persons questioned, released from the punishment of the deprivation of liberty, living in towns populated up to 50.000 and above 50.000 inhabitants and also two groups of parole officers, working in these two different locations too. The aim of the thesis was to compare these two people groups among each other and to find the defined aim of the thesis: to find the answer to the research questions, focused on finding how is the usage and understanding of the post-penitentiary care system services in a choosen sample of respondents inclusive a finding how a parole officer uses social education pieces of knowledge in his work regarding a reintegration of released persons. Pursuant to the results of this sociology research it has been ascertained that the persons released from the punishment of the deprivation of liberty are informed sufficiently about the existence and possibility of help by a parole officer and that they use this post-penitentiary system in full. A parole officer like a social educator applies social education knowledges in his praxis,- his activity consist mainly in helping his clients to arrange an accomodation, job or to handle with authorities and institutions.
