Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá dospělými lidmi se zdravotním postižením. Zaměřuje se na jejich pracovní uplatnění, s cílem posoudit jak ovlivňuje sociální podnikání zaměstnanost osob se zdravotním postižením. This thesis deals with adult people with disabilities, focusing on employment of these disabled people, with the goal to evaluate how social entrepreneurship influences employment of persons with disabilities.
