Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi omezení mezinárodního obchodu jako prostředku uplatňování sankcí v situacích, kdy došlo k porušení mezinárodního práva. Primárně je zpracována odpovědnost za protiprávní jednání. Pozornost je věnována vývoji sankcí jako nástroje zahraniční politiky. Bachelor work deals witch the possibilities of restrictions on international trade as a means to applying sanctions in situations where there has been a breach of international law.
