Abstract:

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je zavedení ozdravných opatření do podniku nacházející se v určitém stadiu krize. Zavedení ozdravných opatření je pro každý podnik specifické, žádný nemůže mít naprosto stejná opatření a neměl by jen kopírovat druhé. Proto je nutné udělat hloubkovou analýzu, která se odvíjí přímo podle požadavků krizového managementu podniku. Cílem práce je jednak seznámit se s problematikou prodeje náhradních dílů v automobilovém průmyslu, a také vytyčení pojmu krize, jenž, se stala poslední dobou v médiích jakýmsi fenoménem. Dále se v aplikační práci zabývám firmou obchodující v oblasti náhradních dílů, která expanduje po celé Evropě. V České republice se však setkala s velkou konkurenční silou a nedokázala plnit předepsané plány. Je provedena hloubková analýza, která odhalí patřičné nedostatky a zavede ozdravná opatření do společnosti.

Abstract:

The subject-matter of this bachelor thesis is the introduction of measures to cure a business which is at a certain stage of crisis. The introduction of measures to cure a company in crisis is very specific, no two businesses can adopt completely identical measures and they should not copy one another. Therefore, an in-depth analysis must be made which – as mentioned above – will be based on the specific requirements of crisis management of the business. The objective of this thesis is, on the one hand, to get acquainted with the issue of the sale of spare parts in the automobile industry and, on the other hand, to define the term crisis which has recently become a phenomenon thanks to the media. Furthermore, I have paid my attention to a company expanding throughout Europe and operating its business in the field of spare parts. However, the company is under strong competition pressure in the Czech Republic and has not been able to meet the prescribed plans. An in-depth analysis will be made which will reveal the respective faults and will introduce measures to cure the company.
