Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku všeobecných osobnostních práv. Naznačen je historický vývoj právní úpravy a analyzovány jsou také hodnoty osobnostních práv zakotvené v ústavněprávních a mezinárodních předpisech. Hlavním tématem práce je ochrana osobních údajů. Zejména je pojednáváno o ochraně osobních údajů v periodickém tisku a při spravování kamerových systémů.
Abstract:
This work is focused on the topic of the protection of the universal personality rights. It implyies a historical development of the law. There is an analysis of the values of personality rights based in the constitutiomal and international legal acts. The main theme of the work is protection of personal data.
