Cooperation between Pedagogue and Assistent of Pedagogue in Preschool

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat vzájemnou spolupráci pedagoga s asistentem pedagoga v mateřské škole. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, má teoreticko-empirický charakter. První kapitola se zabývá inkluzivním vzděláváním v mateřských školách, druhá řeší funkci asistenta pedagoga v mateřských školách, a třetí kapitola se věnuje oblasti spolupráce pedagoga s asistentem pedagoga. Poslední, čtvrtou částí práce je část praktická, která se skládá z dotazníku, jehož výsledky mají poukázat na nejčastější problémy ve spolupráci asistenta pedagoga s pedagogem v mateřské škole z pohledu asistentů.

Abstract:

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the mutual cooperation of a teacher with an assistant teacher in a kindergarten. This thesis is divided into four chapters. It has a theoretical-empirical character. First chapter deals with inclusive education in kindergartens. Second chapter deals with the function of a teaching assistant in kindergartens. Third chapter deals with the cooperation of a teacher with a teaching assistant. Last, fourth part of the work is the practical part, which consists of a questionnaire. Results are expected to point out the most common problems in the cooperation of a teaching assistant with a kindergarten teacher from the point of view of assistants.
