Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice sousedských práv jak z hlediska občanskoprávní, tak i stavebně právní úpravy. Úvodem jsou vymezena sousedská práva a povinnosti v rámci občanskoprávní úpravy a dále je věnována pozornost jednotlivým relevantním ustanovením občanského zákoníku. The bachelor thesis deals with legal regulation of Neighbour‘s Rights, namely in terms of Civil and Building Law. From the civil point of view, the thesis in its introduction defines legal conception of rights and obligations among neighbours.
