Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému odměňování zaměstnanců v soukromém a bankovním sektoru a jejich komparace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě větší části. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the system of remuneration of employees in the private and banking sector and their comparison. The thesis is divided into two major parts.
