Application of Banktrupcy and Crediworthiness Models in Company Rating

Abstract:

Ve své závěrečné práci se budu zabývat bankrotními modely (Atmanův model ZETA, Index důvěryhodnosti IN 01 manželů Neumaierových a Tafflerův model), které se pokouší odpovědět na otázku, zda podnik do určité doby zbankrotuje, a bonitními modely (Kralickův Quick test a Aspekt Global Rating), které se snaží bodovým ohodnocením zjistit bonitu firmy. Ty budu aplikovat na společnosti American restaurants, s. r. o., která vlastní hlavně řetězec restaurací KFC po celé republice a McDonald´s ČR spol. s r. o., zabývající se hlavně výrobou a prodejem hamburgerů a dalších jednoduchých sendvičů. Pomocí těchto modelů se budu snažit zjistit finanční zdraví a stabilitu společností a na základě vyhodnocených a zjištěných údajů se pokusím posoudit, zda bych společnostem poskytl úvěr či nikoliv. Na závěr se pokusím uvést doporučení pro obě společnosti, která by zlepšila jejich situaci a případně je posunula o krůček blíže zisku.

Abstract:

My thesis deals with Banktruptcy Models (Atman Model ZETA, Index of credibility IN 01 of Mr and Mrs Neumaier and Taffler Model), which attempt to answer the question whether the firm will go bankrupt in a certain period of time, and Creditworthiness Models (Kralicek Quick test and Aspect Global Rating), which attempt to identify the creditworthiness through point evaluation. These will be applied on the company American restaurants, Ltd., which owns mainly restaurants KFC in all the republic and on McDonald's CR, Ltd., mainly engaged in the production and sale of hamburgers and other kinds of simple sandwich. Using these models, I will try to find out the financial health and stability of the companies and consequently decide whether I would grant them credit or not. Finally, there are recommendations for both companies, which could improve their situation and possibly bring them a further step closer to profit.
