Abstract:

Karásková, K. Vliv integrace migrantů do Německa na trh práce a hodnocení zvo-lených integračních modelů. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2017.Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou vlivu integrace migrantů přicházejí-cích mezi lety 2014-2016 do Německa na tamní trh práce. V závěrečné části jsou na základě zjištěných informací o profilech migrantů v Německu a identifikovaných přístupů k integraci, doplněných o integrační zkušenosti z ostatních států, formu-lována doporučení státům s malou zkušeností integrace takto specifické skupiny osob. Pro zjištění informací o profilech migrantů je pracováno s daty, která prezen-tují počet žadatelů o azyl, počet uznaných žádostí o azyl, strukturu rozmístění mi-grantů v Německu, jejich národnost, míru vzdělanosti, kvalifikační schopnosti, úro-veň jazykových dovedností a míru zaměstnanosti. V závěrečné části je při výběru ostatních států zohledněn jak relativní poměr migrantů v obyvatelstvu, tak zkuše-nosti jednotlivých států s jejich integrací. Konečná doporučení tvůrcům hospodář-ské politiky jsou formulována na základě identifikovaných integračních přístupů a příkladů dobré praxe. Součástí doporučení je také upozornění na možná omezení při jejich aplikaci.

Brno: Mendel Uni-versity, 2017.This thesis characterizes the impact of migrants arriving to Germany between 2014 and 2016 on the local labour market. The final part contains certain recom-mendations for countries with less experience with integrating such specific group of people. These recommendations are designed on the basis of information about the personal profiles of migrants in Germany, supplemented by other countries' experience with integration. The data sources used for gathering information about the migrants‘ profiles contain number of asylum seekers, number of accept-ed asylum applications, structure of migrant deployment across Germany, their nationality, level of education, qualification and language skills and employment rates. The selection of the other countries in the final part is based on the relative ratio of migrants to the total population and also their historic experience with migrant integration. The final suggestions addressed to the economic policy mak-ers are based on identified integration approaches and examples of good practice. These suggestions also include warnings about the possible limitations when ap-plying these models.
